THE MORAITIS Amphora PDO. is a dry white wine made from the autochthonous grape variety Monemvasia, which, like the name, ferments and matures in the amphora as a natural wine.
This wine matures slowly in amphorae over a period of 6 months and is then bottled unfiltered without any additives such as sulphur.
Here the old tradition is combined with modern methods.
The result is a beautiful golden yellow with mineral notes and aromas of citrus, apple and pear with fresh acidity. Balanced with good intensity and a nice finish.
Can be stored for up to 7 years
Drinking temperature: 8 -12°C
