Payment options

We accept the following payment options:
The customer can pay in advance, cash on delivery and by credit card (via PayPal).
In case of cash on delivery an additional fee of 7,50 EUR will be charged.
Ordering against invoice is only allowed with the express prior consent of BIONIS.

PLEASE NOTE – We must unfortunately point out: Direct debit fraud is equated with check fraud in case law and is punished accordingly. This applies both to deliberately giving a false account number and to pretending to be able to pay us.
Any fraud or attempted fraud will be reported to the police.
In the event of a return debit note for which the customer is responsible, a processing fee of 12.50 EUR per return debit note shall be due.
