Varieties of olives are "Kolovi" and "Adramitiani" which are grown in the Mytilene region of Lesvos island.
The olive variety "Adramitiani" is only grown on Lesvos.
This olive oil has a mild, fruity aroma and can be used for both fresh and cooked salads and vegetables.
Fish and meat dishes also get an incomparable touch with this olive oil.
