The olives for this olive oil are picked by machine and by hand from November to February.
The olive variety is the "Koroneiki" which is grown in the Messara plain on the island of Crete.
It is a medium-fruity olive oil, slightly peppery and is ideal for pasta dishes, stewed vegetables and meat, as well as fish dishes.
This product does not contain any declarable allergens!
