Premium Organic extra virgin olive oil from the island of Lesvos. First quality class - obtained directly from olives, exclusively with mechanical processes.
Monovarietal of "Kolovi" olives grown at half altitude, taking full advantage of the island's microclimate. Harvesting is done by hand between November and January.
This olive oil has a fine, medium-fruity aroma with a slightly grassy taste and a light note of citrus fruits in the background.
Excellent for salads, steamed dishes and fish.
